    Ancillary Rights and Contract Manager (Business Development)

    Job Description

    • Sourcing and Origination, Negotiation, follow-up, and execution of Ancillary License Deals
    • Review, management, and execution of license contracts, distribution contracts, production contracts, and standard terms.
    • Reviewing and overseeing the financial and royalty analysis and reporting and reconciliation (Platform buyers and Producer Studios) 
    • Supervise and manage the technical operations team for the timely creation and delivery of assets.
    • Exploring new markets for optimal monetization of titles
    • Reviewing and overseeing the Internal ancillary financial/revenue reporting and accounting (Film Statement/Royalty Statement)
    • Management and coordination of communications with external partners (Platform buyers and Producer Studios)
    • Execution of International theatrical distribution operations - (contracts, rights, territory, release strategy, revenue analysis, reporting, and remittance.)
    • Creation, management, and coordination of all ancillary marketing releases with the marketing and publicity team. 
    • Sub-licensing, Sub-distribution, and festival account management

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience.
    • Legal/contract management experience is a plus
    • Previous experience as a content distributor is an added advantage
    • An understanding of how streaming platforms work is an added advantage.

    Inventory Manager

    Description

    • Design, implement and monitor the inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures.
    • Examine stock levels and determine shortages and prevent overstocking.
    • Responsible for managing inventory documentation, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
    • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
    • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
    • Create monthly consolidated inventory reports for all sites.
    • Conduct periodic training for stock controllers.
    • Follow up with vendors to ensure timely replenishment based on supply levels.
    • Ensure compliance with standard Inventory management practices.
    • Carry out cost examinations and adjustments.
    • Generate Ideas for retail optimization across the board.

    Qualifications

    • Relevant First Degree
    • Diploma in Purchasing and Supply (CIPS)
    • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
    • Experience with Odoo ERP is an added advantage.
