    Acountant

    Job Summary

    • We are looking to hire an Accountant who will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning. 
    • This role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing financial reports, overseeing budgets, fundraising and ensuring timely tax and statutory filings.

    Job Description

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
    • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
    • Monitor company budgets and report on variances.
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
    • Ensure timely remittance and documentation of taxes such as VAT, WHT, PAYE, and other statutory deductions.
    • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor financial transactions and conduct periodic reviews to ensure proper recording.
    • Manage payroll calculations and coordinate with HR on employee compensation.
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to management to support decision-making.
    • Support inventory and asset tracking where applicable.

    Qualifications

    • BSc in Accounting, Finance or a relevant degree with at least 4 years experience
    • Professional certification (or in progress) such as ICAN, ACCA, or ACA is strongly preferred.
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
    • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
    • Experience with general ledger functions
    • Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws and statutory compliance.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

    Digital Marketer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking to hire a Digital Marketer who will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate properties and services.
    • This role involves managing digital platforms, generating quality leads, improving online visibility, and driving engagement to support property sales and rentals.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid ads to generate property leads.
    • Create engaging content (videos, graphics, listings, blog posts) tailored to the real estate market and buyer personas.
    • Ensure regular updates with current property listings, blog posts, and promotional content.
    • Run targeted Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns to promote new listings, open houses, and special offers.
    • Optimize website and landing pages for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic.
    • Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
    • Design and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.
    • Monitor digital metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, click-through rates) and prepare monthly performance reports.
    • Stay up to date with digital trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge in online property marketing.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and conversion strategy.
    • Capture and edit photos/videos of property listings when necessary or coordinate with content creators and agencies.
    • Ability to build Sales Funnel to generate leads

    Job Qualification

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing; real estate marketing experience is a strong advantage.
    • Proficient in digital tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, and basic video editing tools.
    • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and online lead generation.
    • Excellent communication, content writing, and visual storytelling skills.
    • Self-driven, creative, and results-oriented.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Architect

    Job Responsibilities

    • Create and present conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs
    • Effectively communicate design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Work with developers, project managers, and consultants to align designs with project requirements and budgets.
    • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
    • Develop architectural designs, plans, and drawings for residential, commercial, and institutional project
    • Prepare detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of building projects
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and project requirements
    • Create 3D models of infrastructure to present a near-reality glimpse ofthestructure

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
    • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ)
    • 2 – 5 years proven experience as an Architect, preferably in a real estate firm
    • Professional registration or license as an Architect
    • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projectexperience
    • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and qualitystandards
    • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
    • Visual awareness and aneye for details
