    Accountant

    About the Role

    • We are looking to hire a smart and reliable Accountant who has solid experience in hospitality or hotel management.
    • The ideal candidate should be able to manage accounts with accuracy, maintain proper internal control, and keep detailed financial and stock records.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily financial transactions, cash flow, and reconciliation.
    • Maintain accurate records of income, expenditure, stock, and goods movement.
    • Implement internal control measures to prevent losses and ensure accountability.
    • Prepare financial reports and support management with data driven decisions.
    • Work closely with supervisors to monitor stock usage and staff compliance.
    • Report irregularities, errors, or suspicious activities promptly.

    Requirements

    • HND or BSc in Accounting or any related field.
    • Two to four years experience in accounting in hospitality or hotel management.
    • Strong knowledge of internal control, bookkeeping, and cash handling.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision, stay organised, and maintain accuracy.
    • Confidence to speak up, correct issues, and ensure standards are followed.
    • Smart, proactive, trustworthy, and loyal.

    Property Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the short-let and content space.
    • Ensure the property is always clean, well-staged, and guest-ready. Deliver a smooth guest experience from booking to check-out.
    • Handle guest communication before and during stays
    • Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
    • Resolve issues and ensure an excellent guest experience
    • Ensure the apartment is clean and perfectly staged
    • Inspect rooms before every guest check-in
    • Track, maintain, and restock consumables (toiletries, linens, towels, etc.)
    • Supervise cleaners, security personnel, and technicians
    • Report and coordinate repairs
    • Ensure appliances and amenities are functioning properly

    Education & Experience

    • Tertiary qualification (OND/HND/First Degree)
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, property management, or short-let operations.
