    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team in the FMCG sector.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax and regulatory standards.
    • This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
    • Monitor daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable
    • Manage payroll, invoicing, and petty cash
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations (PAYE, VAT, WHT, etc.)
    • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
    • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
    • Maintain internal controls and ensure proper documentation
    • Provide support during stock audits and inventory reconciliations

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • B.Sc Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 - 3 years accounting experience, preferably in the FMCG sector
    • Professional qualification (or in progress) such as ICAN, ACCA is an added advantage
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Excel)
    • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Internal Auditor

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team in the FMCG industry.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing recommendations to improve financial and operational efficiency.
    • This role is critical to maintaining transparency, integrity, and accountability within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct periodic internal audits of financial and operational processes

    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations
    • Prepare and present detailed audit reports to management

    • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
    • Maintain proper documentation of audit activities and findings.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in internal auditing, preferably in the FMCG sector
    • Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CIA is required
    • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and audit procedures
    • Proficiency in audit tools, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
    • Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    Logistics Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a reliable and experienced Logistics Officer to manage the efficient movement and storage of goods and materials.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery, managing inventory, and liaising with vendors, suppliers, and transport providers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
    • Ensure premises, assets, and communication ways are used effectively
    • Utilize logistics IT systems or databases to optimize procedures
    • Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment
    • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements

    • Familiarity with the Lagos road network and traffic patterns is a plus.
