    Account Receivable Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for proactively managing the Accounts Receivable process, including the management of debtors, invoicing, account management, collections, and the provision of information to the business as required to support collections.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
    • Manage receivables collection process, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
    • Prepare documentation and assist with tax fillings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and deadlines.
    • Maintain accurate manual and electronic filing systems for invoices, receipts and other financial documents.
    • Assist in financial reporting processes, including preparation of revenue reports
    • Collaborate with other members of the finance team to support day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.
    • Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • BSc in accounting or other finance-related disciplines
    • 3 years minimum experience.
    • Good Communication, Analytical skills, Critical thinking, good administrative and organization skills, the use of Microsoft Office and other accounting software.

    Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

    Job Overview

    • The M&E Manager will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of our LifeBank Group’s programs and projects, designing and implementing M&E activities, assisting Project Managers in preparing reports on project progress and will monitor project activities on a regular basis.
    • S/he will lead data collection, analysis and reporting, and ensure that data is effectively used for program improvement.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems and frameworks for all programs and projects.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to program and project teams on M&E processes and data collection methodologies.
    • Lead the development of data collection tools, data analysis plans, and reporting templates.
    • Conduct regular field visits to monitor program implementation and assess data quality.
    • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, success factors, and challenges.
    • Provide timely feedback to program and project teams on M&E findings and ensure that program improvements are made based on data.
    • Ensure project teams are in compliance with projects rules
    • Provide capacity building and training to program and project staff on M&E processes and tools.
    • Ensure that all M&E reports are of high quality and are submitted on time.
    • Represent LifeBank in external M&E-related meetings and events.
    • Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving projects output
    • Monitor the sustainability of projects results
    • Provide feedback to the Project Managers on project strategies and activities
    • Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of projects by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks
    • Perform other tasks assigned

    Requirements
    Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Statistics, or any other relevant field.
    • A Master's Degree will be considered an advantage.

    Others:

    • 4 - 5 years of experience in M&E, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
    • Good time and knowledge management skills
    • Good initiative, time and stress management skills
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing M&E systems and frameworks.
    • Knowledge of statistical software packages and Data Visualization tools such as SPSS or STATA,Power BI.
    • Candidate should be willing to travel within Nigeria, especially Northern Nigeria.
