    Account Officer (Female)

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation of financial statement and management account.
    • Maintain all accounting records.
    • Carry out daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments i.e cash or electronic payment to ensure correctness of all transactions.
    • Carry out weekly stock reconciliation e.t.c

    Academic Qualification and Skills

    • HND / B.Sc. in an Accounting related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience on the job.
    • Ability to work with less supervision.
    • Attention to details and good record management.
    • Familiar with Tally or any accounting packages.
    • Computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office, e.t.c

    Cashier

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Scan goods on the sales automation machine and ensure pricing is accurate.
    • Ensure receipt is issued for all items purchased in the store.
    • Track sales transactions on the computer system and report any discrepancies
    • Reconcile all lodgment i.e. cash and electronic payments for accuracy.
    • Attend to customers’ needs and requests courteously.
    • Cross-selling of products in the store.

    Academic Qualification and Skills

    • OND in Accounting or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years working experience in retail cashiering is a must.
    • Ability to work with little supervision and multitask
    • Attention to detail and organized skills.
    • Good interpersonal and sociable.
    • Good communication and writing skills.
    • Basic Computer knowledge.

    Supermarket Supervisor

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Be fully aware of and positively promote the Mission, Vision and Values of the supermarket
    • Work rotating shifts, evenings and weekends.
    • Assist the Supermarket Manager with store operations including supervision of Team Members engaged in sales work, taking inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, maintaining operating records, and preparing daily record of transactions.
    • Handle customer/donor complaints appropriately.
    • In addition to supervisory function, perform store clerk, processing and cashier duties as needed.
    • Ensure quality customer service is provided to all customers, donors and Team Members.
    • Follow all customer service guidelines; strive to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
    • Greet customers/donors, assist them in all ways possible, and ensure they feel appreciated.
    • Answer customer’s questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
    • Coordinate production needs to maintain adequate supplies to meet store needs.
    • Coordinate processing activities of Team Members.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND, BA, BEd or BSc in a relevant field with 3 years work experience.

    Facility Manager

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for all facilities at the Mall.
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building, equipment, and systems to avoid disruption of services/operations.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations by all customers/vistors e.t.c.
    • Monitor energy usage and implement energy-efficient initiatives.
    • Serve as first line interface with tenants, government agencies and other parties at the Mall.
    • Assign space and co-ordinate tenants to ensure efficiency of operations.
    • Respond promptly to facility emergencies and incidents.
    • Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance and repair activities.
    • Ensure all regulatory permits and licenses e.t.c are obtained and shared amongst the tenants e.t.c.

    Academic Qualification and Skills

    • HND / B.Sc in Facility Management or related field.
    • 5+ years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for building/facility.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and security protocols.
    • Attention to details and sociable personality.
    • Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
    • Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.
