About You:
A BA/BSC degree from a leading academic institution – other advanced degrees is a plus.
4- 6 years Proven work experience as a commercial buyer in retail business, Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager.

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Strong verbal and written communication skills
About the Position
Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned client account management matters.
Develop and expand sales locations/opportunities on assigned clients that grow managed accounts. transactions and revenue monthly. Identify areas of improvement to meet account quotas.
Work with the sales team to acquire mobile cashier agents for collections for each managed merchants
Acquire new accounts for the business (pre-sales).
Gather new requirements on business products used by clients, work with the business manager and product/service manager on product scale for clients, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives that suit business timelines.
Collaborate with the operations team to validate that the collection opportunities are serviced for sales growth.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Close contracts and manage contract renewal processes that increase sales and extend business cycles.
Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on accounts managed
About You:

4 - 6 years proven work experience as a brand manager in a Fintech or FMCG Industry
Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing strategy
About the Position
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Drive all Merchant acquisition campaigns
Create a merchant acquisition strategy for the merchant acquisition business across all geographical regions in Nigeria
Partner with related business functions like the sales, product, support and business teams to gather business requirements to drive marketing initiatives
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Analyze competition and consumer insights
Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities
Organize and coordinate Merchant acquisition events and activations across all states
Devise innovative growth strategies to position nomba as a market leader
