    3D Graphics Designer

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate should have very good creative skills, passion for designing and can deliver a variety of digital and print marketing materials that exhibit a creative consistent brand message across all communications.

    Brief Responsibilities

    • The role holder will interpret our clients’ needs and design solutions with high visual impact while co-operating with the Projects team. The goal is to get the clients’ message across in a visually captivating manner.
    • The ideal role holder, who is the visual design evangelist of the agency, will utilize a large range of media and graphic design software while cultivating a solid body of work.
    • This position is responsible for the coordination of all visual, graphic, design brand activities as well as coordination of the brand’s visual marketing communication efforts.
    • The role holder must ensure that all briefs are well understood and clear to all those involved, must understand clients' needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often as the project or work demands.
    • Think creatively and develop new designs, concepts, graphics and layouts.
    • Ensure long lasting relationship and valuable exchange of resources between the Agency and her Clients
    • Prepare rough drafts and present visually fascinating ideas.
    • The position is responsible for the coordination of visual, graphic design activities as well as work with various teams of the agency in its marketing communication efforts and drive.
    • The candidate must work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
    • Work as part of a team with copywriters, digital, media and experiential units.
    • Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
    • Knowledge of the client themselves.

    Professional and Academic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree - B.A / HND in Fine Art, Graphics design or related field from any recognized Institution.
    • 1 - 2 year relevant working experience

    Required Skills:

    • The post holder must be able to demonstrate appropriate skills and experience which will enable him/her to deliver against the main purpose and key responsibilities of the role. The ideal candidate needs;
    • In depth understanding and grasp of 3D Animation, Corel draw, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation etc.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and planning skills
    • Strong communications skills: verbal and written skills to understand briefs, writes and understands proposals.
    • A proven graphic designing experience
    • Creativity and insights into client’s styles/preferences etc.
    • Possess the ability to communicate, interact and present designs.
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual /visual ability and originality.
    • Candidate must be able to work with little or no supervision
    • Great time management skills
    • Great Team Spirit
    • Demonstrable graphic design skills with strong portfolio.

    Cinematographer / Video Editor

    Job Summary

    • The role holder should be able to prepare scripts and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches client’s brief and vision.

    Job Responsibilities
    A typical day on the job will involve:

    • Write or adapt a story into a script.
    • Conceptualize ideas in specifications to client’s needs.
    • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
    • Capture studio-quality photographs and video
    • Collaborate with the creative team to concept and develop language between script and visual plan.
    • Organize and assemble video segments to deliver continuous sequential story of specified length.
    • Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy.
    • Create high-quality video content for client video projects.
    • Videography in-house and on the field as assigned.
    • Work to a brief, develop and pitch creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet client’s needs.
    • Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing.
    • Perform video and audio editing based on story sequence and continuity.
    • Ensure logical sequencing running of video/film.
    • Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
    • Event coverage as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Creative Art, Cinematography, or related field from a reputable institution.
    • 1 - 3 years work experience only.
    • Conversant with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc. and a good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as it applies video post-production.
    • Must be a creative mind and possess a great storytelling skill.
    • Demonstrate video editing ability with a strong portfolio
    • Great sense of precision and attention to detail
    • Good time management skills
    • Experience working on branded video content is preferred.
    • Great videography/ video editing portfolio
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to keep the team up to date on project timelines.

    IT Trainee
