    Product Trainer

    Job Summary

    • OPay is seeking a dynamic and creative Product Trainer to drive product knowledge, marketing alignment, and adoption across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong training expertise with marketing insight and design skills to develop engaging, visually compelling, and easy-to-understand training materials. This role requires the ability to translate complex product features into clear value propositions that support sales performance and brand positioning.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and deliver structured training programs on OPay’s products and services to sales teams, customer service teams, agents, and partners.
    • Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, product manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and marketing collaterals.
    • Support product launches by aligning training content with marketing campaigns and product positioning strategies.
    • Simplify technical product features into practical, customer-focused messaging.
    • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and refresher training for existing staff.
    • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to stay updated on new features and enhancements.
    • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
    • Provide field support, including product demonstrations and practical sessions when required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in product training, marketing, brand communication, or a similar role (preferably within fintech or financial services).
    • Strong background in marketing strategy, product positioning, and campaign support.
    • Proven experience in designing training materials and visual content.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.-
    • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • High level of creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
