    Wealth Manager

    Job Purpose

    •  We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Wealth Manager texpand our clientele and drive sustainable financial growth within the Asset Management Sector.
    • The Wealth Manager will develop and execute strategies tincrease company sales and profits, identify profitable business opportunities and secure sound business deals.

     Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
    • Analyze current and past financial data and provide strategies tincrease revenue.
    • Research the market tidentify new business opportunities, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
    • Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
    • Develop business development, marketing plans and growth strategy in collaboration with Management tachieve set revenue goals.
    • Build referral and lead generation network, arrange business meetings with prospective clients tincrease income generation.
    • Developing business proposals and presentations tdraw in more revenue from clients. Upselling and cross-selling the Company’s products tclients.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, keep records of sales, and revenue.

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's /Master’s Degree in social sciences, business management or any other related field.

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum 7 years of Business Development/ Sales experience with a focus on financial sector.
    • Proven experience in Asset Management products sales or business development is highly preferred.
    • Strong client relationship management skills
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Have a desire tmake a significant contribution ta rapidly growing organization
    • Market research, strategy and business reporting
    • Proven ability twork independently
    • A pro-active self-starter whcan operate both individually and as part of a team
    • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
