The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role includes supervising warehouse staff, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with warehouse standards, and safeguarding all stock and warehouse assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all warehouse items, document stock movements, and generate reports to reflect warehouse performance.
Organize and optimize inventory within the storage areas to ensure proper arrangement, safety, and accessibility.
Identify operational gaps and implement improvements or adjustments to existing processes and workflows.
Enforce strict adherence to warehouse policies and procedures, including stock rotation practices such as FIFO.
Monitor all shipments and inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Oversee all stock activities within assigned sections, ensuring proper handling, storage, and documentation.
Plan and manage storage capacity effectively within designated sections.
Ensure high inventory accuracy for all SKUs under assigned sections.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, Polytechnic qualification, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehousing, preferably within FMCG, production, or e-commerce environments.
Strong communication skills with prior experience supervising a team.
Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management abilities.
Ability to work strategically while following established operational guidelines.
