    Warehouse Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    • The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role includes supervising warehouse staff, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with warehouse standards, and safeguarding all stock and warehouse assets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate records of all warehouse items, document stock movements, and generate reports to reflect warehouse performance.
    • Organize and optimize inventory within the storage areas to ensure proper arrangement, safety, and accessibility.
    • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements or adjustments to existing processes and workflows.
    • Enforce strict adherence to warehouse policies and procedures, including stock rotation practices such as FIFO.
    • Monitor all shipments and inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
    • Oversee all stock activities within assigned sections, ensuring proper handling, storage, and documentation.
    • Plan and manage storage capacity effectively within designated sections.
    • Ensure high inventory accuracy for all SKUs under assigned sections.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree, Polytechnic qualification, or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehousing, preferably within FMCG, production, or e-commerce environments.
    • Strong communication skills with prior experience supervising a team.
    • Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
    • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to work strategically while following established operational guidelines.

    Drivers

    Job Summary: 

    • We are seeking a professional and reliable Driver to provide safe, efficient, and confidential transportation services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional driving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to professionalism and discretion. The Driver will be responsible for ensuring the timely and secure travel of company staff, while maintaining a high standard of service and vehicle maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide safe and timely transportation, including to and from work, meetings, events, and other destinations as needed.
    • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate last-minute changes to appointments and travel plans.
    • Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the vehicle, including regular inspections, fueling, and managing repairs as necessary.
    • Plan efficient travel routes to minimize delays, considering traffic patterns and weather conditions.
    • Ensuring a high level of courtesy and respect at all times.
    • Ensure the confidentiality of all information, conversations, and materials that are shared during transportation.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local traffic laws, road conditions, and best practices for driving on the Island and the mainland areas.
    • Handle parking, valet, and other logistical tasks as required.
    • Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and any other vehicle-related reports.
    • Assist with personal errands and other duties as requested.
    • Respond promptly to requests and changes in the schedule, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in all situations.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional driver.
    • Experience both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
    • Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
    • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all situations.
    • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
    • Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
    • Must reside in close proximity to Akute, Alagbole, Ketu, Ojota, Ojodu/Berger, Chevron, Lekki Phase 1
