The Warehouse supervisor manages and oversees all warehouse activities, ensures efficient processes, and maximizes warehouse productivity.
The warehouse supervisors’ responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are properly maintained
Monitor and control the quality and cleanliness of the warehouse to meet safety and compliance standards
Do good material planning to ensure adequate materials at all times
Develop and implement warehouse policies
Requirements
Candidates should possess OND with 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
Strategically plans operations to maximize the use of space, time, and resources.
Skill Specification:
Able to stay calm under pressure and attempt solutions to arising problems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
