Job Summary

• The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• This role ensures that warehouse operations run smoothly, safely, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• The Warehouse Manager coordinates staff, manages inventory, optimizes processes, and ensures timely delivery of products to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain proper inventory control systems, ensuring stock accuracy and minimizing losses.
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and security standards in the warehouse.
• Ensure effective use of warehouse space and resources for maximum productivity.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to meet customer demands.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for management.
• Handle warehouse equipment maintenance and ensure proper usage.
• Manage budgets, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and logistics.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
