Responsibilities
Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive.
• Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.

Order Management:

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.

Table Maintenance:

• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Refill drinks and attend to guest needs throughout the dining experience.
• Clear plates and clean tables efficiently between courses and after meals.

Billing & Payments:

• Present bills, process payments, and return change or receipts.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.

Cleanliness & Setup:

• Ensure tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean and properly set.
• Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting tables, folding napkins, and polishing cutlery.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and shift changes.

Compliance & Safety:

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming, and uniform requirements.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a waitress or in customer service (preferred).
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Basic math and POS handling skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
