• Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement strategic academic plans and policies
• Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation across all grade levels
• Lead and mentor teaching staff, promoting professional growth and innovative teaching practices
• Analyze student performance data to inform decision-making and improve academic outcomes
• Ensure compliance with national educational standards and regulations
• Facilitate the integration of technology in classroom instruction and administrative processes
• Coordinate with parents, community members, and educational partners to enhance the school's academic reputation
• Contribute to the school's overall leadership and participate in administrative decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (required)
• Minimum of 3-5-years of experience in educational leadership roles.
• Proven track record in academic program management and curriculum development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
