Vault Custodian at WorQulture

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records by adding or deleting items as they are issued or received
• Ensure steady safety and security of the vault
• Verify, updates, and reconciles inventory information on a daily basis
• Perform physical inventory of warehouse and supply yard, and reconcile records
• Determine proper floor and shelf location for supplies
• Monitor Periodic Automatic Replacement levels for all items to ensure proper level or quota is maintained.
• Responsible for verifying all items arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
• Responsible for the day to day check on the storage facilities on hygiene and HSE.
• Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned department heads and approved by the concerned authority depending on the company’s operations procedure.
• Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
• Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.

• 2-3 years experience as a vault custodian, store keeper, warehouse manager.
