Job Description

• We're seeking a creative and data-driven User Engagement Specialist to join our team!
• As a key member of our growth team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to drive user engagement, retention, and conversion across our platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel engagement strategies to drive user retention, conversion, and overall platform growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and content, to align engagement strategies with business objectives
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize user engagement and experience
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points, and inform data-driven decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key engagement metrics and KPIs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in user engagement, growth marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful engagement strategies that drive user retention and conversion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Experience with A/B testing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software is a plus.
