UI/UX & Graphics Designer - NYSC at Mitiget Assurance and Technology Services Limited

Responsibilities
User Interface & User Experience Design:

• Develop UI concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to create smooth and intuitive user journeys.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback and analytics insights.
• Maintain a consistent design language across web, mobile, and digital applications, ensuring cohesive user experiences.

Graphic Design:

• Design graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for web applications, mobile apps, marketing materials, social media, and promotional content.
• Create visually compelling layouts and compositions that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visuals that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with developers to implement designs and ensure pixel-perfect integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and development) to translate business objectives into engaging visuals and experiences.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating on solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• UI Development: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
• Prototyping & Testing: Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or similar platforms.
• Creativity & Aesthetic Sense: Strong portfolio showcasing both UX/UI design and graphic work.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
