Job Summary

• As a truck driver, you will support our logistics operations across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of drilling tools, equipment, and materials between operational bases and client locations.

Job Specifics

• Operate heavy-duty and articulated trucks in compliance with company safety standards and Nigerian road regulations.
• Transport equipment and materials between operational bases, rig sites, and client locations.
• Ensure the safe loading, securing, and unloading of materials in accordance with company HSE policies
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle reliability and compliance.
• Conduct basic maintenance checks such as oil level, brake function, tire pressure, and fluid inspection to prevent downtime.
• Maintain accurate delivery and trip records, including mileage and fuel usage.
• Identify and Report mechanical issues promptly to the maintenance and logistics teams.
• Uphold a professional image and demonstrate discipline in all driving operations.

Qualification & Skills: 

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience driving heavy-duty or articulated trucks in the oil & gas or construction sector.
• Valid Nigerian driver’s license.
• Proven experience conducting routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Sound knowledge of inter-state routes and defensive driving techniques.
• Physically fit and medically cleared for long-distance driving.
• Strong commitment to safety, responsibility, and integrity.
