Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's or relevant certification is an advantage).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in treasury sales or a related client-facing role, with a proven track record of deposit mobilization and closing deals.
Strong knowledge of treasury products, including cash management, payments, and liquidity solutions.
Demonstrated ability to originate business, build pipelines, and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
Results-driven with a high level of ownership, initiative, and commitment to achieving targets.
