Travel Consultant at Skyrule Travels

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget constraints.
• Design and organize customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options, and local attractions.
• Handle bookings, and reservations, and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and industry developments to enhance customer service.
• Collaborate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and other partners to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and emergencies promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for creating exceptional travel experiences.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience using travel GDS and tools, with a focus on Amadeus and Galileo.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience using travel booking systems and tools.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Certification from recognized travel industry associations (e.g., IATA) is a plus.
