    Training Officer

    The Training Officer will assist to develop and facilitate training programs for Agents, Super Agents, Cashiers and new staff in the region. He/She will also equip staff and agents with relevant knowledge, and practical skills to enable them fulfil their potential in line with the company’s processes and procedures. The Training Officer will work closely with the Training Supervisor to access training needs and implement programs that will enhance the effectiveness of Agents and their Cashiers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule and administer Products and platform training for newly onboarded Agents, Cashiers and Super Agents.
    • Utilize innovative and effective learning tools like videos, graphics, and roleplay to administer training and engage training participants.
    • Work with Line manager, Area Managers, and Super-Agents to develop and implement effective induction programs and materials for new agents and staff in the region.
    • Administer and collate questionnaires and feedback forms after Internal trainings.
    • Ensure continuous and periodic retraining of Agents and Cashiers as the need arises.
    • Assist Agents to resolve specific training problems and complaints, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
    • Work closely with Training Supervisor to develop, review, and modify training materials and other training content required for the successful delivery of training sessions.
    • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned by Line Manager.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in training and development management.
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Good track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
    • Knowledge of the gaming industry
    • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
    • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
    •  Ability to travel
