Coordinating day-to-day training logistics, such as organizing files, ordering supplies, responding to inquiries regarding coaching sessions, etc.
Managing the training calendar
Compiling the training objectives
Improve engagement, learning and retention to meet the changing needs of the clientele.
Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate and effective.
Drive brand values through all training and development activities.
Select and manage resources, including working with clients and 3rd party training providers to develop and deliver training.
Effectively communicate with team members, trainees and management.
Requirements
HND / Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Mass Communication / English language / Linguistics / Public Administration / Training and development / Educational management and planning or other related fields.
Candidate must be within the age bracket 20 - 35years
Relevant experience (1 - 3 years) as a Training assistant is an advantage
Strong Teaching/Training skill.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Language skills. Must speak fluent English and at least one of the 3 major Nigerian Languages – Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba.
Must be a serving corp member willing to serve for a year with company.
Must reside around Ikeja axis, Lagos preferably mainland axis.
