    Telesales Officer

    Location: Ogba, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
    • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
    • Keeping up to date on all products and new features to service customers.
    • Answering customers' questions on the products.
    • Increasing customer registration and loan applications on the app.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an NCE / OND / BSc / HND qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
