    Account Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Officer to manage financial records, prepare reports, and support the overall accounting functions of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
    • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
    • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Monitor budgets and track expenditures.
    • Support internal and external audits.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

    • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Good communication and organizational skills.

    Business Development Officer

    Job  Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer to drive sales and partnership initiatives across our technology portfolio.
    • The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, support strategic partnerships with international tech brands, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales & Revenue Growth:

    • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across EdTech, FinTech, archiving, and document management solutions
    • Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
    • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to corporates, educational institutions, financial organizations, and government agencies
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure
    • Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline with regular reporting.

    Business Development & Partnerships:

    • Research and identify potential franchise and international brand partners for technology distribution
    • Support negotiations and onboarding of technology partners and solution providers
    • Develop value propositions and business cases for new markets and product lines
    • Monitor emerging technology trends aligned with business opportunities
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across target sectors
    • Understand client needs and recommend suitable technology solutions
    • Coordinate post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
    • Position the company as a trusted advisor in technology adoption and digital transformation.

    Market Intelligence & Strategy:

    • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities
    • Gather client insights to inform product positioning and sales strategy
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals
    • Contribute to pricing strategies, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives.

    Required Qualifications
    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
    • Relevant certifications or professional training are an added advantage

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B technology sales or business development
    • Proven ability to support revenue growth and meet sales targets
    • Experience working with corporate, government, or institutional clients is preferred
    • Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology solutions is highly desirable
    • Exposure to partnerships or channel sales is an advantage.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Good understanding of technology solutions across EdTech, FinTech, and document management
    • Ability to identify opportunities and support business growth initiatives
    • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry engagements as required.
