    Telesales Executive

    Description

    Requirements

    • 1-3 years of experience in telesales telemarketing customer service or a similar sales-related role.
    • Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a telesales environment with a strong track record of successful lead generation and conversion.
    • Familiarity with using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot or similar platforms) to manage leads customer interactions and sales pipelines.
    • Previous experience in the ISP or telecommunications sector is an advantage but not ma

    Responsibilities

    • Engage with potential customers via phone to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
    • Qualify leads understand customer needs and effectively communicate product offerings.
    • Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets as set by the Manager Telesales & Business Analysis.
    • Track performance against targets and implement strategies to improve sales outcomes.
    • Use CRM systems to manage customer interactions track lead and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and management of customer profiles in the CRM system.
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services delivering clear and compelling product presentations over the phone.
    • Provide customers with accurate information and answers to queries.
    • Capture customer feedback during interactions and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
    • Resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
    • Work closely with the telesales team to ensure alignment on sales goals and share best practices.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth sales process and continuous improvement of telesales tactics.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Sales Business Administration or a related field is preferred
    • Relevant certifications in Sales Telesales or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) would be beneficial.
