    Telesales and Telemarketers

    Job Description:

    • Conduct outbound calls to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare providers to promote the company’s pharmaceutical products.
    • Attend to all customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, usage, benefits, dosage forms, and current promotions.
    • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with the logistics team.
    • Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and timely resolution of product-related issues.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, orders, and feedback using CRM tools or designated systems.
    • Achieve and exceed set telesales targets and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
    • Collaborate with the field sales team to share market insights and support sales campaigns.
    • Monitor customer preferences and competitor activities; report relevant insights to management.
    • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about product updates and new launches.
    • Prepare customer feedback reports and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
    • Handle objections and inquiries professionally to build trust and credibility with customers.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Science-related fields (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Microbiology, etc.).
    • A minimum of 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience is required..
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
    • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the Nigerian healthcare distribution system is an added advantage but not mandatory.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM or ERP systems.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
    • Preferred candidates must be located in Lagos, close to Ajao Estate, Isolo, and its environs
