    Telesales and Customer Care Rep

    Location: Lagos Island

    Responsibilities

    • Handle outgoing calls to  sell products to prospective customers or clients
    • Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
    • Obtain client information such as name, email address,  delivery address, and entering orders into CRM.
    • Influences potential customers to buy products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give  product information and price quotations
    • Deal and resolve any customer complaints
    • Handle customer orders, provide appropriate solutions and upsell other products within the time limits;
    • Engage prospective leads via Whatsapp, Email, and Calls to follow-up and other social media platforms until the deal is closed.
    • Keep records of customer orders, funnel process, inventory, proof of payment with each logistics partner
    • Ensure the correct products are delivered to clients promptly.
    • Follow up with customer to ensure sales target, follow up with logistics partner so that delivery of products and remittance is done on schedule and on time
    • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND with 2 - 3 years of experience.

    Skills

    • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on clients' needs.
    • Must possess excellent communication and phone skills, patience, a persuasive and persistent nature, and great typing skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers.

    Salary
    N800,000 – N1,000,000 annually.
