Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Generate sales leads and direct prospects to sales team
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Provide customers with needed information and support
• Gather information from customers.
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Consistently ensure call (outbound) quality
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Exhibiting competent product knowledge.
• Promote good listening skills.
• Manage length of calls.
• Work closely with Team leads, supervisors and call centre manger to ensure synergy and all time customer satisfaction
• Adherence to call script and call centre policies.
• Compile reports.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years work experience.
• Only candidates withtelesales experience are expected toapply
• Candidates should be open to working night shifts.

Salary
N49,000 / month.
