    Telemarketing

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a motivated Telemarketer to create revenue by making cold calls or responding to inquiries in a busy setting. You will be in charge of persuading current or potential clients to purchase goods or services.

    Are you approachable and persuasive? Do you have at least two years proven experience as a telemarketer? If yes, then this for you. You must be able to quickly comprehend the needs of the client and offer solutions that address those objectives. The objective is to encourage corporate growth by increasing the clientele for the company.

    Requirements

    • Using a given phone book, cold contact individuals to advertise products or request money.

    • Respond to incoming calls from potential clients.

    • Keep sales logs, as well as relevant information.

    • To achieve sales and performance targets, collaborate with team members on the call floor.

    • Keep thorough records of all incoming and outgoing calls, as well as follow-up details and results.
    • Attain or surpass the targeted weekly and monthly sales target.

    • Respond to consumer complaints or product concerns and try to find a solution while following business policy.

    • Keep accurate records of the customer's contact information, such as their phone number, address, and order details.

    • Generating sales lead and closing on sales.
    • Initiating sales with Clients & Prospect over the phone.
    • Keeping up to date on all products and informing clients of new products.
    • Send reminders to customers through call/email.

    • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.                       ·        

    Requirements and Qualification

    •  Diploma or Bachelor of Arts from any accredited tertiary institution.

    •  Proven background in telemarketing or a related sales/customer service position.     

    • Successful history of exceeding sales targets, ideally over the phone. 

    • Working familiarity with essential phone systems and computer tools (such as CRM software).

    • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

    • Effective at negotiating and handling complaints.

    • Able to take constructive criticism in stride and continuously enhance sales methods.

    • The capacity to use persuasion in language and method to promote a good or service.

    • English fluency is required, and bilingualism is preferred.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

    • Professional knowledge of entering payment and personal information on internet forms.
