    Telemarketer / Front Desk Administrator

    Job Description

    • Professionally conduct telemarketing activities for Strongmas Residence and its products.
    • Responsible for outbound and inbound calls
    • Responsible for outbound calls to the lead generated
    • Represent the brand through video content/story telling presentation
    • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products using structured scripts.
    • Responsible for closing deals from the outbound calls.
    • Answer accurately questions about the products and/or the company.
    • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
    • Write scripts or other contents for video shoots.
    • Prepare and submit timely reports on daily and weekly telemarketing activities to line manager.
    • Collaborate with the media team to ensure the delivery of high-quality communication materials, including videos and graphics.
    • Assist the Head, Marketing & Sales to coordinate site inspections.
    • Operate in the organization's best interests and uphold optimal organizational practices.
    • Ensure regular attendance at official meetings.
    • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
    • Update customer information in the database.
    • Receive and resolve customer complaints from all channels.
    • Meet minimum number of daily outbound calls per hour and/or minutes on phone calls.
    • Book and track appointments in multiple channels.
    • Keeping records of calls and discussions with prospects and note useful information.
    • Other tasks as assigned by COO/Management.


    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • 3 - 5 years work experience.  

    N100,000 - N150,000 monthly
