We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Tele-Loan Collection Agent to join our team! If you are looking for an opportunity to grow in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
Minimum of an SSCE/NCE/OND/HND with at least a month exepreince in Recovery
Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
Proximity to Allen Avenue,Ikeja, is essential.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays and two Sundays a month onwith days for leave and weekend are paid as overtime and free Lunch Provided during the weekend overtime .
Immediate Resumption Required.
Benefits
Basic Salary is N100,000 Monthly [that is N80,000 Basic attendance bonus N20,000 ] While performance bonus[Commission &Overtime ] weekly and monthly is up to N70,000 - N150,000 bonus.
Transportation Allowance (prorated based on attendance) N500 Dialy .
Food Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
Full Attendance Bonus (payable only for full attendance).
Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage fully paid by the company.
