Liaise with Deputy Workshop Manager to plan every repair job, manpower planning and utilization of teams’ expertise.
Provide technical guardian to the entire EZM and CC TSD teams
Liaise daily with all the workshop managers, deputy workshop managers, senior equipment supervisors etc to ensure proper equipment maintenance uptime and optimum availability in the most prudent manner.
Liaise with OEM and it’s Reps on issues related to technical matters.
Ensure that all maintenance processes, procedures, schedules and protocols are in place and fully documented in all EZM and CC locations and also completely adhered to at all times.
Ensure that schedule oil sampling (SOS) is carried-out as scheduled. Reports to be issued monthly.
Drastically reduce failures, corrective and unplanned repairs in all EZM and CC equipment irrespective of locations.
Be responsible to organize expert technicians to service and maintain all EZM and CC equipment and apparatus.
Competencies/Requirement:
B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
6-10 years proven work experience in similar role
Professional Qualification is added advantage
Experience in a supervisory role
Proven Track records in Major Machine repairs/overhauling & preventive/predictive maintenance.
