Technical Monitoring & Analytical Support Officer at FiberOne Broadband

Job Purpose

• Alerting and notifying increasingly senior members of the Technology
• Monitor all network nodes perfoamnces
• Monitor all networks nodes uptime and AVR
• Monitor incidences restoration progresses and sharing ETR
• Incidence reporting and appropriate escalations (Escalation Matrix)
• Openining and closing of all incidents logs
• Evaluation of root cause analysis
• To Set out the necessary improvements and changes to be made on RCA reports
• Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual and other reports to Management Team
• Escalating and cascading of Mean time to response
• Escalating and cascading of Mean time to restore
• Providing incidents historical data and proposing a decision on repair or replacement
• Calculating and reporting MTTRs for necessary actions.
• Measurable Outputs and Performance Indicators
• Perform other duties as required by line manager.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 0-5 years experience
• Ability to report using excel and other
• Analytics and data skills
