    Sales Manager, B2B (PKO)

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Manager B2B (PKO) will be responsible for driving industrial and bulk sales of Palm Kernel Oil to corporate clients, manufacturers, and industrial buyers.
    • The role involves developing and executing B2B sales strategies, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets for PKO products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies for Palm Kernel Oil products
    • Identify and target industrial buyers including soap manufacturers, oleochemical companies, cosmetic producers, and biodiesel manufacturers
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets
    • Negotiate bulk supply contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
    • Manage and grow key accounts to ensure long-term business relationships
    • Conduct market research to identify new B2B opportunities and emerging markets
    • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences in the PKO space
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contract documents to corporate clients
    • Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
    • Track customer credit limits and follow up on outstanding payments
    • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and business meetings
    • Provide market intelligence to guide production planning and pricing decisions
    • Supervise and mentor B2B sales officers or account managers where applicable

    Requirements

    • B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
    • 5 to 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in palm kernel oil, edible oils, or industrial commodities
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding B2B sales targets
    • Strong understanding of PKO applications across industries (soap making, oleochemicals, cosmetics, biodiesel)
    • Existing network of industrial PKO buyers in Nigeria is a strong advantage
    • Excellent negotiation, contract management, and closing skills
    • Strong financial acumen for pricing, margin analysis, and credit management
    • Ability to prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to corporate clients
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
    • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients across Nigeria.

    Logistics Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Logistics Supervisor (FMCG) will oversee the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of finished goods and raw materials across the company's FMCG product lines (edible oils, bottled water, animal feeds, breakfast cereals, seasoning cubes, etc.).
    • The role involves fleet management, dispatch coordination, route planning, warehouse liaison, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers and distributors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily logistics operations including dispatch, transportation, and fleet management
    • Plan and optimize delivery routes to reduce fuel costs and transit time
    • Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order picking and loading
    • Oversee fleet maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are roadworthy
    • Manage drivers and logistics assistants, including shift scheduling and performance monitoring
    • Track incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods deliveries
    • Ensure compliance with all road transport regulations and company safety policies

    Requirements

    • HND  B.Sc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or supply chain within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
    • Good knowledge of Nigerian road networks, especially within Ondo, Lagos, Rivers, and surrounding states
    • Experience managing a fleet of trucks or delivery vans
    • Strong organizational and route planning skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic logistics software
    • Good negotiation and vendor management skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly
    • Strong communication and team leadership skills
    • Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
    • Valid driver's license is an added advantage.

    Procurement Supervisor (Palm Kernel)

    Job Summary

    • The Procurement Supervisor (Palm Kernel) will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring continuous supply of quality palm kernels for factory operations.
    • The role involves vendor development, price negotiation, market intelligence, logistics coordination, and maintaining procurement records while ensuring cost optimization and timely deliveries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source palm kernels from suppliers, aggregators, and farmers across different regions
    • Ensure uninterrupted supply of palm kernels to meet production requirements
    • Conduct supplier negotiations for pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules
    • Develop and maintain a strong supplier network for competitive procurement
    • Identify and onboard new vendors and suppliers
    • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, quantity, pricing, and delivery timelines
    • Maintain healthy business relationships with suppliers and transporters
    • Coordinate with Quality Assurance team for inspection and approval of palm kernels
    • Ensure procured materials meet company quality standards and specifications
    • Monitor moisture content, dirt levels, shell percentage, and other quality parameters
    • Track daily market prices and availability of palm kernels
    • Monitor seasonal trends, competitor activities, and supply-demand dynamics
    • Share regular procurement and market reports with management
    • Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to the factory
    • Ensure timely movement of materials from suppliers to plant
    • Follow up on dispatches, weighbridge documentation, and goods receipt processes
    • Maintain procurement records, supplier agreements, and purchase orders
    • Prepare daily and monthly procurement MIS reports
    • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field
    • 3 - 6 years of experience in agricultural commodity procurement, preferably in palm kernel, palm oil, or edible oil industry
    • Experience working in rural or agro-commodity sourcing environments is an added advantage
    • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
    • Good understanding of palm kernel quality parameters and market dynamics
    • Knowledge of local sourcing networks in Nigeria
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement reporting
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage field procurement activities
    • Strong analytical and cost-control mindset
    • Willingness to travel extensively for field procurement activities
    • Familiarity with procurement operations in Ondo State and surrounding palm-producing regions preferred
    • Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
