    Full Stack Developer

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Lagos or Abuja.
    • The Full Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications that support Bowmenn’s logistics and freight operations.
    • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing user-friendly front-end interfaces, implementing secure and scalable back-end services, and integrating internal and third-party systems and APIs.
    • The role also involves collaborating with product, operations, and logistics teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and testable code, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to code reviews and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
    • The developer will help ensure that Bowmenn’s platforms are reliable, performant, and aligned with the needs of shippers, carriers, and internal users.

    Qualifications

    • Strong front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
    • Proficiency in back-end web development and software development, including building APIs and working with databases.
    • Hands-on experience with full-stack development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive applications.
    • Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, or similar), and RESTful API design.
    • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
    • Comfort working in a collaborative, on-site environment and engaging with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation systems is a plus.
