Job Summary

• The Technical Assistant (Business Analyst) will serve as a strategic right-hand to senior leadership, providing analytical insights, performance tracking, and process optimization support. 
• The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, advanced data interpretation skills, and the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies that enhance productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide data-driven insights to aid decision-making through dashboards, models, and reports.
• Develop financial models, projections, and reports to support business cases and investment decisions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
• Liaise across departments to track operational metrics and suggest efficiency initiatives.
• Draft executive presentations, reports, and summaries for board or stakeholder meetings.
• Support senior leadership with technical and administrative tasks, including research and planning.
• Assist in project tracking, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis, strategy consulting, or project management.
• Proven experience with data analysis tools, financial modeling, and reporting frameworks.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving ability, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in or exposure to agriculture/agribusiness environments will be an added advantage.
