Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute various talent acquisition strategies, closely working with the senior leadership team
• Source, mentor and interview Senior Software Engineers looking to relocate to Canada
• Conduct technical assessments, background + employment checks
• Design and optimize Ops processes

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of HR/ Talent Acquisition experience
• Strong interpersonal + communication skill
• Innate ability to make genuine human connections and help people succeed
• Prior demonstrated capability of self-learning and high-level ownership  
• Technical Recruitment experience/ Software Engineering background would be a big plus
• Flexibility to work in EST/ IST time zone
