Responsibilities
- Actively participate in initiatives aimed at promoting and reinforcing the bank's culture and core values.
- Assist in the design and implementation of programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to support efforts aimed at fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An International Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 - 5 years’ work experience in an International Organization with multi company presence
- Possession of CIPD / SPHR / GPHR certifications
