A graduate of HR, Engineering, Economics or Social science (MBA, Masters or PhD), he/she must have at least of 10 years of work experience in the design and implementation of water supply reforms and in the design and implementation of organizational reforms and water utility management contracts (such as PPP in the form of service contract) in developing countries. A prior exposure to Nigeria at the state level will be an added advantage. Working experience with Nigerian relevant laws will be an added advantage.
