This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, Application and Database Security at Union Bank of Nigeria.
The Team Lead will oversee the security of applications and databases, implement security measures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
Daily tasks include monitoring for security breaches, managing security incidents, conducting security audits, providing guidance and training to the team, and collaborating with other departments to maintain overall security.
Qualifications
Experience in Application Security and Database Security
Proficiency in Risk Assessments and Security Audits
Strong knowledge of Security Policies and Compliance
Skills in Incident Management and Security Monitoring
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Experience with security tools and technologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
