Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, Application and Database Security at Union Bank of Nigeria.
• The Team Lead will oversee the security of applications and databases, implement security measures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Daily tasks include monitoring for security breaches, managing security incidents, conducting security audits, providing guidance and training to the team, and collaborating with other departments to maintain overall security.

Qualifications

• Experience in Application Security and Database Security
• Proficiency in Risk Assessments and Security Audits
• Strong knowledge of Security Policies and Compliance
• Skills in Incident Management and Security Monitoring
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Experience with security tools and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
