    Talent Specialist

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a Talent Specialist to support all hiring activities and enhance the competency of individual employees by designing and conducting effective training and engagement programs.
    • He or she will serve as a link for candidates and hiring managers while coordinating the hiring and training process end to end.

    Job Description

    • Hiring qualified candidates while maintaining a positive employer branding
    • Coordinate recruitment activities to include job fair and campus events.
    • Design and conduct Training programs
    • Identify training needs by evaluating strength and weakness
    • Hiring qualified candidates while maintaining a positive employer branding
    • Track hiring metrics including time to hire, time to fill and source of hire
    • Design, distribute and measure result of candidate experience surveys
    • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
    • Organize and participate in job fairs/Graduate trainee programs and beginning to end strategy for management of graduate trainees
    • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
    • Develop retention strategies
    • Deliver Training courses
    • Review, update and design of kpi’s
    • Requirements:Assess training effectiveness and evaluate concluded training or ongoing program to ensure reflection of desired changes

    Requirements

    • At least a BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
    • 4 - 6 years proven experience in related role and capability
    • Hands on experience with various job sites
    • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, etc
    • Strong Interpersonal skills
    • Good written and verbal communications skills
    • Familiarity with talent management and succession plan
    • Team spirit
    • Sound decision making and organizational skills.
