    Talent Management Specialist

    Key responsibilities

    Learning & Development:

    • Design and execute training and development programs to address skill gaps and foster professional growth.
    • Continuous skill-building- assessment & program designing.
    • Develop leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
    • Assess training needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

    Employee Development:

    • Create and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Identify leadership potential and implement succession planning strategies.
    • Coordinate mentoring, coaching, and continuous learning initiatives.

    Performance Management:

    • Design, implement, and manage performance management systems.
    • Provide tools and resources to support managers and employees in achieving performance goals.
    • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    Reward and Recognition Programs:

    • Develop and implement reward and recognition programs to motivate employees and enhance performance.
    • Benchmark industry trends to ensure competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive systems.
    • Collaborate with HR and leadership to evaluate and update recognition initiatives to ensure they align with business values and employee expectations.

    Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

    • Promote DEI initiatives to create an inclusive work environment.
    • Partner with leadership to ensure DEI principles are integrated into talent strategies.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Monitor key talent metrics such as turnover, engagement, and workforce demographics.
    • Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement talent management improvements.

    General Requirements and Attributes:

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 4-7 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or a similar HR role.:
    • Strong knowledge of talent development and employee engagement practices.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.

     Soft Skills

    • Proficiency in HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Experience with performance management systems and tools
