Talent Management Analyst at Norrenberger Financial Group

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a performance improvement process for non-performing employees.
• Support the development of accurate appraisal report bi-annual to be presented to the appraisal committee.
• Manage the confirmation process of new hires (KPI should be given within a month, initiate the confirmation process for new hire)
• Kickstart the confirmation process, conversion process of contract /Interning employees a month before their due dates.
• Track companywide employee performance data and deploy initiatives based on insight.
• Work in liaison with key stakeholders e.g. Business Unit Heads to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives and employee’s day-to-day actions and tasks by implementing a process for tracking progression from goal setting, mid-year reviews and end of year evaluations to support individual, team and organizational performance.
• Lead the Implementation of various learning methods companywide e.g coaching, mentoring, job-shadowing, etc. and assess the success of development plans while helping employees make the most of learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with other Learning & Development team members across the group, and subject matter experts to support various learning programs and project initiatives.
