Talent Acquisition Specialist at SKLD integrated Services LLC

Remuneration: 300,000 - 350,000

This role will drive recruitment efforts, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent and support company-wide growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement recruitment strategies.
• Manage preemployment checks and onboarding.
• Develop retention strategies and manpower planning.
• Negotiate job offers and employment terms.
• Perform additional HR duties as required.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of industry related experience.
• BSc/HND in relevant field.
• Availability to start in 2 weeks
