    Talent Acquisition Officer

    As a Talent Acquisition Officer at Dangote Group, you will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment strategies and ensuring we attract the best talent to meet our growing business needs. You will collaborate with various departments to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and manage the entire recruitment process to build a talented workforce.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking to source candidates.
    • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
    • Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
    • Foster relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
