This isn't a back-office recruiting role. You'll be a strategic partner to business leaders, an architect of our employer brand, and the person candidates remember for making their hiring journey feel human, fast, and fair.
What You'll Own
Shape workforce planning and hiring strategy across our subsidiaries, ensuring talent decisions align with where the business is headed not just where it's been.
Lead end-to-end hiring across departments and entities, including senior and executive searches, with structured, competency-based interviews that surface the right talent, not just the loudest CV.
Go beyond job boards: headhunting, social platforms, referrals, and partnerships to build a proactive bench of high-quality candidates before you need them.
Tell VFD Group's story through digital platforms, events, and university relationships, and make sure every candidate hired or not walks away with a great impression of us.
Champion inclusive hiring practices that bring diverse perspectives into every talent pool and every shortlist.
Run our ATS/HRIS like a pro, streamline workflows, and turn recruitment data into dashboards and insights that help leadership make smarter people decisions.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with hiring managers to define roles, sharpen selection criteria, and coach teams on recruitment best practices.
Requirements
6+ years in recruitment, including proven experience in executive hiring and multi-entity/group environments
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a master's or certification like CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is a strong plus)
Real fluency with ATS/HRIS platforms;you don't just use the tools, you optimize them
Sharp stakeholder management and communication skills; you can speak the language of a hiring manager and a C-suite exec in the same day
