    Talent Acquisition / Learning and Development Lead

    Purpose

    • We seek a dynamic and innovative individual to spearhead our talent acquisition and learning & development initiatives.
    • The ideal candidate will be passionate about attracting top talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and driving organizational growth.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities
    Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to attract and hire top-tier candidates for critical roles.
    • Create and maintain engaging employer branding materials to showcase our company culture and values.
    • Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking) to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
    • Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the organization.
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.

    Learning & Development:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
    • Identify training needs through performance reviews, employee surveys, and other assessments.
    • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars on various topics (e.g., technical skills, leadership development, soft skills).
    • Facilitate employee development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
    • Manage the company's learning management system and ensure its effective use.
    • Track and measure the impact of learning and development initiatives on employee performance and organizational outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition and learning & development.
    • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.
    • Experience designing and delivering effective training programs.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and learning management systems (LMS).
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and emerging trends.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • A passion for continuous learning and development.
