    Talent Acquisition Lead

    Locations: Abuja, Calabar-Cross River, Benin-Edo, Lagos, Ibadan-Oyo, Uyo-Akwa Ibom and Port Harcourt-Rivers
    Reports to: Head - Network Team

    Job Summary

    • You are to recruit and coordinate Field agent’s activities and maximize performance across state in order to meet sales targets. This role requires the ability to recruit a team of sales personnel who will market and sell items found on Merchbuy to merchants. Prior experience in recruitment and sales of FMCG products is a must for this role.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Possess intermediate level of skill & experience working with Excel.
    • Identify, recruit and train Sales Personnel.
    • Build a trusted and prosperous field Sales agent channel.
    • Reach recruitment, activation and revenue target.
    • Deliver exceptional sales growth with your team.
    • Weekly report on performance vs target and action taken during the week.
    • Should be able to account for every team member during work hours.
    • Ensures team members are up to date on recent information.
    • Ensures team members adhere to all company rules while on the job.
    • Propose innovative ideas and processes as it relates to Sales, team performance and target.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
    • 3 years of sales management experience, managing sales leaders
    • Capable of leading a team towards a set goal
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
    • Should be motivated by the mission of Sabi
    • Results-orientated and ability to pay close attention to details
    • Street smart and with a drive for sales
    • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
    • Evidence of successfully leading others to exceed measurable sales and revenue targets.
